Moved from a classic M&A consultancy working crasy hours to FoundersLane, which is a breath of fresh air. The people working here are amazing, all young, down to heart, but driven. You end up building ventures from idea to market and the experience of doing this with the mentorship of the senior leadership team has been good so far. Regular team events and Friday getogethers make it a fun culture to work in.
Cons
Deadlines can be challenging, along with juggling the expectations of corporate clients and ambitious co-founders, but if you have the founder mentality you learn to love the head-spinning pace of it all.
