      There is a sense of understanding amongst others. A lot of talent here.

      Management doesn't listen. When you have an issue, they don't like to address it.

      Pros

      Coworkers and most anchors are amazing, Lots of Fox corporate perks like gym in the building multiple cafes etc

      Cons

      management doesnt know what theyre doing and are incredibly unorganized. Schedules change every few months so you have no sense of normalcy. Multiple HR situations with certain talent that are being ignored

      People are very nice (for the most part) and willing to help you learn and be better

      Cons

      Management does not know how to communicate, nor do they make any effort to improve. You can't take any PTO from July through October because of Hurricane Season. Managers often try to guilt employees into staying late or working extra
