      Extremely high growth and flexibility to grow into different functions, brands and teams Motivated and supportive people The company is doing exceptionally well and as it grows, scope of responsibilities and compensation for employees will grow as well

      Not for people who want a very relaxed government sector type job

      Pros

      Honestly one of the best roles and org if you enjoy working with people and fast paced environments. You get the exposure to hiring, employee engagement, culture building, strategy, ops so the learning curve is huge. Every day feels different one moment you're closing critical hire , the next you're planning engagement initiatives or helping managers solve challenges. At some point you stop being "just HR" - u become the person holding the working together behind the scenes

      Cons

      The office space can get uncomfortablely cold at times so keeping a jacket nearby is almost necessary , the coffee machine is pretty avg works for survival... 😅

      Pros

      Pros - I was at Foxtale from 2025–2026. Though the stint was short, moving from agency to brand gave me great exposure, especially in design and creative processes—I got to experiment a lot. Exit process was smooth too.

      Meeting room never empty even after booking people don’t leave the room and ask 2mins
