I worked at Free Agency for over three years as a designer, senior designer and later art director. Without a doubt FAC is one of the best design agencies in Vancouver. The team is very close-knit: the senior management basically treats you like family and will support you at every turn. Because of the agency’s smaller size, you are given a lot of varied responsibility, but because of that you can really own your projects and have a hand in every stage of the process.

Cons

The work is demanding, you will be kept very busy, and the team’s commitment to design excellence is high. Work here to challenge yourself.
