No mandatory clubs to join or trying constantly try to get me to recruit, or sell me conference tickets… training is free (don’t treat me as a profit center).

The gentleman who owns the company is an extremely inspiration person. In the end, I was not interested in this industry anymore, but the owner is a fantastic person to work for.
