      Pros

      Freight Wizards has great teamwork within our various departments. Co-workers are friendly and bring a family vibe to the job. Training programs for various roles and a well structured on-boarding process. Management makes for a productive work environment. Pay scales vary on the different roles, but overall I have a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Business to business brings a unique variety of people to deal with. Not necessarily the company’s doing, but issues on my end when dealing with others.

      - Quick and easy interview process - Largest Commission percentage in the industry - Tech was impressive during the interview process - Management seemed intelligent and down to earth
