- Excellent Company Culture - We have a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment - Great Work life Balance - The people at FreightWise are great and easy to work with. - Team Atmosphere - Its a we mentality not a me.

- We could improve in documentation of internal resources. - Onboarding and ongoing training has improved but can also improve more.

Approachable leadership. Honest sales approach with a goal of selling a solution that we can implement well which will in turn allow us and our customer to succeed. Great inter department collaboration.

Cons

Still a growing company so patience is required when looking to add feature/functionality to the system. It will happen but there needs to be an understanding of priorities and budget.
