Fresh has a VERY talented team of individuals working hard to revolutionize oral healthcare as we know it. The impact the company can make on people's oral health and overall health is significant. It's a fast paced environment with everyone needing to contribute and pull their weight, which I love. The company is rapidly growing and the future is bright!
Cons
If you don't like a fast-paced start-up environment, you're not going to be happy here. You have to be a go-getter and willing to identify and tackle problems, so if you're not comfortable with that you won't enjoy working at Fresh.
