I had been working with FreshBox Media for 4+ years and the only thing I can say about this place is, if you are good at what you do, you do not need to worry about this place and your growth. I started as a client servicing executive and immediately the directors, Kajal and Susheel saw my hard work and potential and helped me grow in my career with multiple raise and promotion throughout the years. I last exited the company as a client account lead (group account manager). They do care for their employees. One thing that I would always appreciate about the company is the fact that during COVID, when employees were paid as low as 20% of their salary, the company did not cut anyone's salary and ensured full salary were paid to all their employees and almost on time. Even though the work was not happening much due to COVID, they ensured that their employees were safe and financially stable. A very rare gesture towards employee satisfaction. Every place has its ups and downs but FreshBox Media ensures that their employees also grow with them like me and many others. They do try new things and like any other growing firm, sometimes they do fail in the process as well, but they learn from it and let the team also learn in the process. It is a place of massive experiments and learning. New challenges and new roles will be added to your portfolio. It is on you how you take the challenges. If you have the intent and quality, you will grow with the company. I have taken up multiple challenges and responsibilities which has helped me learn a lot and become confident in my field. Additionally, the directors are very approachable and you can reach out to them to talk about your concerns and also if you wish to try new things, they will consider it. You will not be discouraged here if you want to grow, that is for sure. The office work culture is really good. People are fun and help you when and where needed. There are hardly any late working hours, only if the project demands it. Salary is always on time, so no need to worry there. A perfect place to learn absolutely anything from the marketing and media world. Thank you so much team FBM for all the opportunities and for helping me grow well in my career.

FBM is a good place to start your career. FBM is a full services digital marketing agency and have a diversified clientele. The environment is very positive and even directors and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. I recommend those people who want to grow and learn in digital industry.
