Pros

All leaders, including the founder, are great to work with. This is a workplace that requires discipline. Once you get on the same page, tune into the same frequency, it's quite fun working here.

Cons

There is still a lot of firefighting. We need more manpower, but the company places more emphasis on staying lean that there should be. Sometimes, it's difficult to work on projects that would move the company forward.
