Well organised rules to work happily and serve hygiene, healthy food and drinks to clients. Well paid for working hours. Great place to learn professional knowledge practically. Problem solving techniques. Opportunities to work in different fields ( kitchen, brewery, bar) and different positions Good encouragement and support from management
