There is a culture of trust which truly allows us to have a flexible schedule and also the freedom to try new things.

Cons

We are very flexible which is nice but it could also be a downside at times.

Pros

Great culture, great customers, great management. Easy going, real focus on work/life balance. They focus on good projects with good clients and compensate well. Management will bend over backwards for their talent - way more than is typical in the industry.

Cons

Smaller consulting company can create anxiety sometimes between projects.

Great people/coworkers and leadership. Really feel I can reach out to anyone in the company for any reason and get a response. HR and Leadership are always making sure we have everything we need to be comfortable and excel at our job.
