Pros

- For me, number one is definitely the talented people I work with. The handlers, creatives, managers, and everyone else behind the scenes all have the same goal, to create something meaningful that will make a real difference to the lives of patients. And there's a great deal of respect and fun here, despite the deadlines that usually litter our days. Knowing you have those busy days ahead of you but that you get to spend them working with such nice people who are great at what they do really does makes a difference. - The work. Strategically and creatively, it can be challenging working in healthcare, but the concepts and the deliverables the team are responsible for really are inspiring - and the fact all of our thinking and creativity comes from a place of real insight is truly refreshing. Lots of agencies say they're insight-led but few really are, so it's great to see that put into practice so often. - The agency has a "learning with purpose" culture and its great to see this being extended into business-wide campus sessions run that everyone can take part in.

Cons

- Like every agency I've ever worked for, days can sometimes be busy and fast paced, and from time to time you may need to work a little past 5.30 to get things done, but it's never demanded. A benefit here is that Leadership is generally aware and works hard to find solutions. - The pandemic has made socialising with teams and colleagues difficult, but with Covid coming under control, I am sure this will improve.

Pros

This agency is trying to make a meaningful difference to lives of patients. Creating support programmes that are underpinned by behavioural insight and driven by creative excellence in their delivery. As such, you will are constantly challenged to learn more and extend your knowledge base and skillset. Personally I find that stimulating and engaging, but it is also hard work...but anything worthwhile is. As a group of people, they care deeply about the welfare of the team and try to take steps to ensure they can support people, based on their individual needs.

Cons

Growth and changing the focus of the agency comes with the stresses of 'the unknown'. This can cause nervousness and discomfort for the team if not communicated effectively.
