Really love the people I got to work with. The mission of saving lives is really the focus. This company is innovative so some behavioral flexibility would be important, but the work life balance is really great.

AUTONOMY- I am goal oriented so I like this FLEXIBILITY -hardly work the 40 hrs I’m being paid for. SPONTANEITY -I am type A but but actually like this! ENERGY-I have just as much energy going home as I did going to work BONUS-I like that there is bonus potential so I don’t have to find PRN jobs outside of my “day job” for extra cash BENEFITS-great benefits TRANSPARENCY-the company is very open
