      Pros

      The production team are able to help you at all times and provide the training and responsibilities steadily while being supportive. All of the departments are ran well and smoothly, ensuring there’s less last minute tension when it comes to finishing jobs.

      Cons

      Not many cons… wasn’t a design engineer but I always thought to at least give those guys a hybrid work environment, considering they aren’t really on factory floor.
