Pros

I was with Fruition for 4 1/2 years and learned a ton! You get to work with very talented individuals who know what they are doing. The team is open to new ideas and fresh perspectives. Great place to be!

Cons

Fast paced with lots of moving parts but that is to be expected in the agency world!

Thank you for sharing this. Four and a half years is a meaningful run, and I'm glad it was time well spent. We work hard to build a team of people who are genuinely good at what they do and open to pushing each other forward, so it means a lot to hear that came through. You're right that agency life moves fast. We think that's part of what makes the work interesting, but we also know it's not for everyone. Appreciate you naming it honestly. Wishing you nothing but the best in what's next. You'll always have a home here. Jim Collins (720) 593-6531

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this — it genuinely means a lot to us. Hearing that the team culture feels supportive and that you had real opportunities to grow, try new things, and work with great clients is exactly what we strive for, so this is wonderful to read. You're right that agency life comes with a fast pace and competing priorities — that's part of the nature of the work. We appreciate you framing it the way you did, and we take seriously the responsibility of making sure that environment feels energizing rather than overwhelming. Your advice is well taken. Giving teams adequate time to adapt as we roll out new tools and processes, and continuing to invest in career growth and advancement, are priorities we're committed to. Feedback like yours — both the kind words and the constructive guidance — helps us stay accountable to that. We're grateful for everything you contributed during your time here. If you ever want to reconnect or share additional thoughts, please don't hesitate to reach out. You're always welcome. Jim Collins 720 593-6531
