This organization surprised the whole industry by introducing laminates for exterior applications and in a short time became the leader in this segment. Also, offered the right kind of job to the right people by strongly believing in the principle mentioned in the book “Good to great”. {First who then what - Getting the right people on the bus with the belief that right people will take the bus to right destination}. In the past 7 years, this company has offered me a lot of learning, opportunities to grow, job rotation, and most importantly, I have enjoyed the culture of training and development. I completed my MBA in 2006 with a dream to join the Marketing department with a reputed firm and this dream has come true with FunderMax.
