I have nothing bad to say about this company and the wonderful people who work there. I learned quite a lot from their leadership team.

Cons

It was always difficult to find crews and talent to work on the productions because of the insanely low rates offered. It was very challenging but the team always did the best. We still managed to produce high quality products despite the low rates that where offered.

Small independent media company so compensation and benefits aren't as competitive as other similar companies, but it's a trade off for better work/life balance.
