      The people are the best reason. Everybody collaborates and works hard to get the job looking good and finished.

      The pipeline can be a bit cumbersome, but never been to a place where they have the perfect pipeline..

      Pros

      The admin and management teams at FuseFX supported me at every step. Supervising between 4 and 10 teams at a time meant an incredible number of variables, so both the coordinators and the executives did everything they could to support me so I could do my job well.

      Cons

      While I was there, they were going through some changes. I worked at FuseFX during a time of significant change. The company was going through a lot of upheaval, however, the people I worked with were great, and the work never suffered.
