The people that you work with there are awesome, very down to earth and will help cover shifts if needed.

Cons

It was a a pretty boring job, you read a script all day and sit in a cubicle.

Pros

It's a great place to build experience. Because Fused Solutions is a grow from within company, there are a lot of opportunities that wouldn't be available in other places.

Cons

Call Center work is emotionally demanding, but it's the nature of the job. Because of a great team and family at Fused, this is easier to manage.
