      Great culture within the company. Pay was low but they raised the bar when they got a new operations manager. She really helped out a lot with the issues the company had

      Great people, Warm environment. Challenging, Great Opportunities. Flexible work schedule, Travel. Always learning something new.

      Low pay. Benefits are meh. Communication could use improving, Unclear goals and lack of direction. No training or written policies/procedures.
