5yAs a medium-sized organisation sometimes opportunities for progression may be slower in coming but we are really pleased that since the start of the year we have had four team members successfully progress into new and exciting roles. We are also excited to be scheduling a release of various people focussed initiatives that aim to make working here that little bit more awesome.
