-Valuable management training program -Direct marketing strategy exposure allowing you to hone your skills -Uncapped commission -Leadership opportunity -Growth opportunity

Cons

-High turnover rate -High commission pay structure which limits opportunity for absences whether emergent or not -Inconsistent management styles -Poor work/life balance
