      Pros

      They really care about their employees and are understanding of family emergencies. Employees are friendly and helpful. The work is very easy once you get the hang of it.

      Insurance offered the first day. President is open to ideas and employee input. Easy to feel at home with the team. Work Life balance is respected within the industry.
