      You work on real AI projects for real customers, not demos. Good variety across industries. Team is helpful and supportive. Engineers get real ownership. Company is growing and there is room to grow with it.

      Still figuring out processes as the company scales. Enterprise compliance cycles can be slow.

      Pros

      Significant growth trajectory, and extensive training at my level. I am working with interesting customers and doing meaningful work. My team are very supportive, I feel like I have clear avenues to ask questions and raise concerns.

      With the age of the company, role progression milestones haven’t been clearly set so it can be hard to track progress.

      Pros

      Working for a company like this is really a once in a lifetime opportunity. The pace at which they are trying to grow is insane and presents you with some really unique opportunities. They are playing in a space no other company is, which is exciting to be a part of. - You are working with big, well established customers - Some of the smartest people I've worked with in my career - Because it is growing so fast, there is great opportunity to innovate and implant your mark on the company - Good progression opportunities

      Typical cons with a start-up/scale-up. - There is a lack of structure in places where it is needed. - The work hours can also be tough as the company tries to grow as fast as possible. - You are juggling a lot of things at once, and more often than not helping out with work that is outside your defined role profile (which also has its benefits)
