I think the senior management team are an intelligent, savvy, forward thinking group who foresee industry trends - including their own, namely that big data and research would have to find a way of co-existing - and brilliantly leverage company expertise to work with said trends. Their offering is increasingly global. On the pastoral care side, despite being ambitious and commercial in their outlook, as they should be, they do care and allow flexibility whenever its needed and celebrate effort when it's deserved. Plus, there is a lively, fun, collaborative atmosphere - most of the time, other times it's heads down but again, that's business! I like the way they operate and feel proud to work for Future Thinking.
