Pros

There are a lot of bad reviews of this company, but I don't think they are all fair. FutureSearch is a small research company that works very hard to be great at what it does. It is a fast-paced environment, as most research is, and a lot of learning is done on the job. This is what I think turns most people off. Also, being a small company, there are not an endless amount of supplies like you find at a large corporation, but we were never lacking what was necessary to complete your job. If you are someone that likes to be busy and wants to do challenging and rewarding work daily, this is a great place!

Cons

The only downside is that there is not a whole lot of room for growth, since it is a small company.
