As a GMPI, my time at the Cambodian hub in Battambang has been exceptional. From the in country team to the meaningful projects and impact on the local communities, I’ve really enjoyed working with FSF. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for going abroad, getting out of their comfort zone and growing both on a professional and personal level. If you want to immerse yourself in another culture while working towards a common purpose and develop your leadership skills, this is the place to be.

Due to the small nature of the organisation there is a lot of responsibility given to individuals, and lots of opportunities to grow and learn new skills. There is a large variety of opportunities across the globe, from experienced positions to entry level. FutureSense Foundation really believes in the power of people, puts lot of time and effort into training and development of its employees.

Cons

Being a small global organisation, most interactions occur over teams and emails. However, FutureSense Foundation make a great effort to work cohesively despite time differences and distances.
