Employed by Futures for 4 years where I was supported to grow my skills,knowledge and position.Futures work hard to make a real difference to peoples lives upholding their values . Staff are well supported within the company and their teams with a good work life balance. I was made redundant in 2023 due to funding but I am delighted to be able to return.

Cons

Reliant mainly on government funded contracts
