Pros

Only pro is I have a great manager - who unfortunately is now moving on due to horrible treatment and bad decisions by the company - so no pro's left.

Cons

Low Pay, Treat Staff Poorly, low staff moral, the best people are leaving or have left due to poor decisions from the top.

Pros

I worked across all three sites Fonfix fast paced , hardworking staff a lays a hive, of activity . Management team are very experienced and enjoyed enjoyed working on this site, it provided a break from the atmospheric depression that's existed in Fonua. Warehouse staff are also hard working and obliging however the management team in Damastown are displayed, disengaged from the daily operational activities. Unlike Fonfix they are not visible or situated on the department floor.

Cons

Cairn house Fonua. Real issues raised by staff were not addressed ie salaries benefits and resource issues Cairn house Director team and HR out of touch with staff outside Cairn house Unfair distribution of workload across the business , 20+ managers in Fonua 3 or 4 in Fonfix for twice the amount of staff. There was two sales directors managing 15 people Cairn house internal fighting between director team , directors did not work towards common goals and very unprofessionally actively worked to discredit key projects and each others teams. IT manager was not allowed totally manage IT projects and resources. Would recommend a role in Fonfix but avoid Fonua massive change is required.

Other than working with good people/work colleagues it is hard to find any other benefits terrible company culture from top to bottom, blame and shame, processes are broken between departments, it's rather fix the current problem (cover the issue) than find permanent solution,
