Also, they realize the foundation GA was built on - serving those who have the most need and are striving to get back to the basics. Melting pot of experience and talent. Recognize the need for specific HC talent.

Cons

Rewind, the last 3 years have been a roller coaster ride with a constant change in Leadership and employee churn. Also, there are not many stepping stones for growth which results in burn out.
