*GALY is made of mix of talented and very nice people to work with. *There is high expectations of every employee but what makes it light is the desire and willingness of team mates to support each other. *There are numerous opportunities for employees to develop scientific, leadership and people management skills irrespective of their level or role in the company. *Transparency and compassion is high among employees. CEO's home is open to employees. People are support especially in difficult times. *Pay and compensation is very competitive for an Ag startup.

Cons

*Developing novel technology can be daunting. As a result scientist may feel the pressure to deliver but it is part of the game, especially for a Startup with the challenge of reinventing Agriculture.
