I had two issues. One was that everyone was expected to work overtime whenever there was a high demand for a project to be completed quickly. And sometimes there was no warning ahead of time to let us know that we'd be working overtime that week. One week I think we went from working 8 hours a day 5 days a week to 12 hours 7 days a week week and we found out that day that the schedule changed. I had weekends off to be with my son, unlike most of my coworkers, but it was still more than I wanted to work. I eventually decided to only work 40 hours, but I started getting put on only cleaning duty for a few weeks, which were my last few weeks. I also had a 4 hour class every week one day after work which made that day pretty miserable.
The other issue I had was that some of the higher ups were not always pleasant. The guy I trained under most of the time yelled at me a lot and didn't have enough patience. The supervisor very frequently told us that we weren't working well enough in a way that didn't feel constructive.
