      I absolutely loved working at GERSTEL and I experienced amazing growth working here. The Sales Team works just like that, a team.

      Small company so not much room to move upward and out of a lower level position.

      Management team that takes culture seriously and works on it regularly. Best-in-the-industry people in all departments. Excellent working environment with top line tech, tools, etc. Lean structure means everyone's contribution is important and valued

      Small size can mean less room to advance at first
