Great working environment. Team is really supportive. Salary is good. As a fresher or below 2 year experience you can expect a better package as compared to other research firms in NCR region. Perks, Benefits are commendable. Ample growth opportunities . The support company provide during COVID to their employees is appreciable.
Cons
Majority male employees working in US hours (Night shift). Very fast paced environment. You have to be on your toes all the time. (Not for the one's who want relaxed job)
