Pros
Everybody hustles to get the job done Upper Managment works very hard to keep people happy The company is moving in the right direction and seems to be bringing in more work the last few months A lot of people bring their dogs to work The directors are really cool
Cons
We work a lot of hours fixing cars but at least they still have work

Pros
I get to use my creative skills daily by problem solving repair issues and addressing customer concerns. I feel accomplished every day and appreciated for the work I do. My opinion is valuable and my ideas are respected. I am able to use my extensive knowledge of collision repair to teach others.
Cons
Must be a dog lover! The office is filled with them which is awesome for me but not awesome for everyone.
