      Pros

      Salary distribution is awesome and clear salary between 27-28 date of each month. During Covid season they cleared 100% salary while employees were doing job WFH (80% during lockdown+20% post lockdown).

      Cons

      Increment is quite low. Approx 6-8% per year.
