Pros
Incredibly successful investment management firm with an engaged and high performing team of employees across all divisions. An investment management firm who's principles revolve around client alignment, many firms preach this, few actually do it - GQG does. A management team that seem genuinely willing to listen to staff feedback and when appropriate use this to continually optimise the business.
Cons
Not a firm that will be suitable for all types of employees. You'll be challenged here and as it is with all small firms required to do functions that you may think are outside your modus operandi. The time zone difference!
