Pros

Supportive and Caring Culture The company fosters a genuinely caring and supportive environment, including upper management. If you work hard and maintain a positive attitude, you’ll find that leadership truly has your back. Opportunities in a Smaller Organization While growth opportunities may vary by department due to the company’s smaller size, the upside is that you're never just a number. With around 60 employees, there are more chances to learn and gain visibility within the organization. In contrast to larger companies I’ve worked at (1,000+ people), I’ve experienced far more growth and skill development here in 6 months than in other companies I've worked for 2+ years. Fun and Engaging Events The company hosts regular happy hours and fun events! These moments bring everyone together and make work feel more enjoyable and connected. Modern, Comfortable Office Space The office is beautifully designed. Modern, cozy, and a genuinely pleasant space to work in. Flexible In-Office Expectations While being in the office regularly is expected, especially during events or when hosting guests, there is flexibility. There’s usually no issue working from home when it's needed. It varies a bit by team, but with good communication, flexibility is absolutely there.

Cons

Training and Onboarding Could Be More Structured The onboarding and training processes could use more organization. If someone were dedicated to owning and improving this area, it has strong potential to become much smoother. Intimidating at First, but Supportive It can feel a bit intimidating starting out, especially when many of your peers have extensive industry experience. That being said, the team is patient and understanding as you ramp up. It’s normal to feel a bit lost at first, especially with the complexity of the software world, but support is there as you learn. CRM Could Use Improvement The CRM system can feel clunky at times, especially with some of the manual logging required. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can slow things down.

Pros

As a BDR, I’ve had the chance to refine my sales skills, develop industry knowledge, and work on strategic campaigns across multiple sectors. Also, the team is very supportive and generally receptive to feedback.

Cons

Market Competition & Lead Quality – Competing with other VARs and keeping up with Dassault Systèmes’ products can make things a bit challenging. Plus, not all inbound leads are solid—some take extra work to qualify, especially ones from broad marketing campaigns.

Pros

Change of ownership in 2021 has brought a ton of growth as well as growing pains to GSC. Growing pains aren't a bad thing if you can trust the process and forge ahead on leadership's vision. They've done a good job of communicating what the future of GSC looks like and we know as a company where we are going, how, when and why. Leadership has been very methodical about looking at each employee and department to maximize their potential, clear hurdles, and get everyone working collaboratively, both internally at GSC and with our parent company Ellison Technologies. Lines of communication to managers and the leadership team, president included, have been opened wide since 2021. Work/life balance and flexibility has been generous so long as you are producing and hitting all marks. PTO has increased with the Ellison acquisition. Employee culture and morale is on the upswing with a legitimate and intentional culture committee. Career growth and coaching are a priority with weekly 1 on 1 meetings with manager.

Cons

- Growing pains and transformation can be frustrating if you are ready NOW. - Any cons there the leadership team is actively working toward improving. - HQ office is awesome but definately chilly.
