GTC Machining has a clean and friendly atmosphere. They offer plenty of over time opportunities. Their employee wages and benefits are decent. GTC also offers many employee programs; ie.) employee referral program. On certain occasions, GTC will have fun group activities. If you are looking for a place to call your second home, GTC is not just a job, but a long term career. I would recommend others to apply. GTC has a bright and long future. Their slogan is "Customers First, Employees Always" and they stick true to that.
Cons
There really aren't any downsides to working at GTC Machining. Any type of conflicts are handled and resolved within a timely manner. Every day, GTC is working to improve within to make it even better.
