Pros
Collaborative work environment. Co-workers are friendly and helpful resources. President is extremely approachable, flexible, and employees are given a lot of independence. Many networking and compensated travel opportunities. Good benefits (decent pay, medical insurance contribution, quick PTO accumulation, commission opportunities).
Cons
Demanding workload (MUST be able meet multiple deadlines and juggle different projects); however, NOT overly demanding and good work/life balance is definitely possible.

I enjoyed building relationships with key opinion leaders/subject experts, and learning industry trends to build impactful programs.
Cons
Workload can get extremely heavy.
