      Pros

      GTMA allows room for growth, gives feedback to help employees refine their skills, and offers opportunities to pursue career interests within each role. There is plenty of flexibility, communication, values, and kind people working here. They now have a new CEO, who has been working for the company for 8+ years, he is a great leader, encourager, and motivator.

      Cons

      Overall pay range is not competitive but does not take away from the fact it is a good company to work for. Especially for those who need to grow and learn more in their desired profession.
