      -Flexible with school and work schedule -If I can't make it into the office I'm allowed to work from home no questions asked -Fast pace, always something to do -Management looks out for all employees and gives guidance before, during, and after all projects -Inviting environment, all departments work closely, it doesn't feel like work everyday

      -Long commute to get to work
