      Great atmosphere. The company take care of it's employees. They like to hear all opinions even from new people. Great place to grow with.

      Pros

      Been able to grow into my position overtime. Established a name for myself within the company. My voice was always heard regardless of my position.

      Cons

      I think more training or courses should be available to develop all positions. Mainly referring to maintenance. Not everyone has fully learned the trades. Theres room to grow. Also with the options available can allow the inexperienced to have a shot to grow more efficiently into the rolls and expectations the company is looking for.

      Everything! They pay you what you’re worth, they show appreciation and value you! Everyone is very nice, kind, and reasonable.

      Cons

      I’ve had one bad day in 2 years and 6 months. I think this speaks for itself!
