      Pros

      This is an amazing company. The work is stable and my coworkers are really nice and welcoming. I think this is probably the happiest and most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a professional work environment. They try to treat you like real human beings, not just cogs in a machine. Also, the work-life balance is amazing. I can still have a full life outside of work, which I was worried about once I got promoted. But it’s absolutely possible.

      Cons

      Just because this is the perfect place for me, doesn’t mean it’ll be that way for everyone. I just want to that to be understood.
