That kind of care is rare, and it meant the world.
On the growth team, I had the autonomy to run my channel and make decisions confidently, while still being part of a collaborative, supportive environment. I also had leaders who pushed me to grow, trusted me with big responsibilities, and guided me through challenges like team management and tough conversations. That trust and mentorship made a huge impact on me.
