You are given a lot of responsibility very early on If you prove yourself then you are given lot of freedom to work on your own Nice open office - nobody is in a closed room Co-workers are very helpful Good clients - HUL, Honeywell, Microsoft and many more. Growing company - Adding new clients and new employees Hiring from good colleges like NITs Multi-cultural with people from north, north-east, central and south India
Cons
All companies have some points to improve. Even this company is not perfect, but there are no major issues to report as of now.

1. Lots of learning opportunities. 2. Management listens to your concerns and takes necessary actions. 3. Your performance is duly appreciated. 4. Management is very transparent. You get to learn the business processes. 5. Superb management.
Cons
The company should spread out more, it should have offices in other cities too, besides New Delhi and Bangalore.
