Growing Company with Opportunities for Advancement

Pros

I have been working at Gaia for almost three years now and since the time I came on board we have added more than 10 new employees and are continuing to fill new seats on an almost monthly basis. It is very exciting to be a part of a company with so much growth potential. We also just had our annual company Christmas party, and I truly love being part of such a close-knit group of people all working toward a common goal. It really is like we're family.

Cons

Really the only downside that I can think of is that we have so many ideas that we are working on, I just wish there were more hours in the day so we could get there faster!

Dynamic work environment where you are challenged daily. Opportunity to be promoted within the company. Flexible (not unlimited) Scheduling and PTO policy with appropriate planning. The opportunity to contribute immediately.

Cons

Loose structure demands 100% accountability which can be a hard adjustment for employees used to corporate red tape/environment. Priorities shift rapidly due to client demands.
