- Family environment where we have each others backs - Travel to different cities around the country - President is a cool guy that cares about his staff - Learning environment where you can work with each department - Teamwork is how we succeed - Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits - Company outings, game nights, movie nights, etc. - The office is a nerd dream. Games, full kitchen, posters, autographs, comics, Funkos and figurines everywhere - Pet friendly environment

Cons

- Pay isn’t competitive but it’s one of those careers that your excited to work for so that helps - Long hours at events. If you aren’t able to work past 12 hours for 4-5 days straight, this isn’t the place for you

Pros

I have been a full-time employee for over 2 years and I love this job. Great perks, lots of travel (which I love) and I love the people I work with. The live shows are fun and you get to meet a lot of really cool people.

Cons

Long hours leading up to a show, but it's cool to see all the hard work come together and pay off.
