I worked at Galvanized in its inception and had a wonderful experience. The team I worked with was very talented and dedicated to the success of the company.
Cons
None, great company. I only left because I had another opportunity I wanted to pursue.

Pros
Work is about more than what you do; it’s about who you do it with. The people here are all so amazing, driven, smart, and talented. Everyone brings something to the table and there is so much pride in being a Galvanizer. We have fun events all the time and drama is kept at a minimum. I’ve also never had such an amazing boss before who cares this much about my development. I feel like I’m trusted and valued here.
Cons
While going through an acquisition, there’s additional work on top of some people’s daily jobs to also make sure integration goes smoothly. While this can be challenging, it’s also been a huge learning experience that I’m glad I can add to my resume.
